Red sweatshirts, cardigans and P.E. t-shirts, bearing the school logo, are sold at school. We suggest wearing a white polo shirt with grey trousers, skirts or pinafores. In the summer red gingham dresses may be worn.
School shoes, rather than trainers, are most appropriate for school and in the summer sandals with socks (Crocs are not suitable). We ask that the children are able to manage their shoes independently, so lace up shoes are not suitable.
Legionnaire's hats can be purchased to protect the children in the summer and waterproof coats are available in the winter.
All clothes must be clearly marked with your child's name.
Dress for P.E.
Black shorts and T-shirts are ideal for P.E. Traditional black plimsolls, not trainers, are needed, and these should be provided in a named draw-string bag. T-shirts and P.E. bags are available from the office.
Children can do P.E. in bare feet. If verrucas are suspected these must be covered with a plaster to prevent infection of other children. The wearing of ear-rings is not encouraged at any time of the day. Jewellery, including stud ear-rings, must not be worn during P.E.
