The school day is 8:40am - 3:10pm.  School gates will be open from 8:30am. 

Every day, your child's class teacher will come out to greet them at 8:35am and welcome them into school.  To encourage independence, please say goodbye on the playground and allow your child to enter the class on their own.  It is not uncommon for children to struggle with these transition times and we will support them and make adaptions where needed.

Once into class, the register is taken and your child's lunch choice (packed lunch/school dinner) is established.  

Children arriving after 8:40am must be accompanied by their parents/carers (16+ years) and enter via the School Office.  Children arriving after 8:45am will be registered as Late on the MCAS app.  Those arriving after 9:00am will be registered as an unauthorised absence.  This will be the MCAS status for the morning session.
